Absolutely. Also turning into 2 red snails didn't help Mengsk either. But I had a theory that Mengsk would've slowed down, allowed me to use the false opportunity to boost & then Mengsk would've taken me out from behind, since we're both at critical levels of health one of us could've gotten the worst of it.

Holy shit! I raced with you a few times! I remember seeing your exact car/screen name and we were even 'rivals' at some point!! I was Klayton with a blue-ish Golden Fox more than likely if you remember.

If I see your name again, I'll be sure to remember you. I do very vaguely recall a Klayton. I need to slowly get back into F-Zero: 99 since I haven't played much after coming back home from last year's December holidays.

@@RemixRave Yeah I occasionally checked out your videos for years now for your F-Zero remixes when it comes to mind. When your name came up while playing F Zero: 99 one night, I was like "Hmm...why does that name sound familiar?". Seeing this video, it instantly clicked! I think we raced several times (even as 'rivals'). I likely was on this very race too because I also recall you & MengskGx being in the top 3. I think you both finished the Knight League in that ranking too.
