The only thing I hated about F-Zero GX was that they only made a Red Canyon stage for the story mode. I would love playing it in the Grand Prix.

Love this remix. I like they even keep the cool twangy 16 bit bass pop in there. The guitar riff shreds only improve the original. Best song on F-Zero GX. Phantom Road and Lightning a close 2nd and 3rd.

i like the fact that this is track is a throw back to the SNES version of red canyon, but i wish they would've kept the heavy powermetal pacing of F-zero X in all the of track arrangements for GX. i'm sad i missed out on playing GX for the story mode, but at the same time, i'm not sad that i missed out on the less than exciting soundtrack.

How do you top a perfect racing game like F-Zero GX? What else could be improved? Any sequel would feel stale and redundant. Best to quit while still ahead, or at least wait a very long time until the next one. At least, Nintendo doesn't package the same game, every single year. (cough FIFA cough)

@JDJeffery The metal style was good, but i prefer techno in GX Because metal doesn't fit, try it out, listen to an F-zeroX song while you play GX. Believe me it doesn't feel good. :P

I still remember when my brother wanted to try F-Zero GX and went straight for the story mode. First chapter: "Oh, this is easier than I thought. You said this game was hard." Second chapter: Two hours of this music, and the game shouting "MISSION FAILED!" at him.
