这期有美白和清热又能去湿功效的腐竹薏米白果糖水。那天在超市刚好看到已经处理好的白果,就想心想很久没吃这道糖水了。
我用的是大薏米也叫做中国薏米。它的营养价值和功效比较高,但它没那么容易煮透。所以我就提前将薏米用清水浸泡一晚。还有你看它的颜色比较褐色,是因为我有用干锅把它炒熟。像我这种脾胃虚寒体质的时候的朋友,把薏米炒过就不怕肚子不舒服啦。
白果是银杏的种子,它的营养价值很高。不过它的胚芽是有微毒的,吃多了会引起身体不适。虽然要一粒粒去芯比较麻烦,但是吃得安心才是最重要的嘛。
购买腐竹时要确认是要煮糖水用的哦,不然可能味道和口感会不一样。我个人喜欢比较浓郁的豆香味,所以就额外再加入豆奶。
