A litle advice to Ben: use better parts for the race, you have green ones available but run with yellow. Upgrade engine more, it gives more top speed, better ers and acceleration out of corners. Do more practise runs (FP2&3) to get the 100 lap bonus (use old engine parts for that). Upgrading HQ: more resource points and lowering failure chances will help a lot. The between races events: focus on team morale and acclaim. You are not doing bad, but could do a lot better. Also enjoying the series, keep up the good stuff.

You should have lowered the rear wing as it reduces drag which would help with excelleration and top speed more then lowering the front wing which affects the turning circle. Good video as always Ben loving the series.

I believe that you should in fact diversify your setups and that low front wing hurt your british GP results. I understand the concept with the 2-8 wing, 1-9 suspension etc. Mechanical grip is superior at low speeds and having a far back center of pressure is great for low speed corner exit. This setup actually replicates similar real world setups at places like Baku and Italy in philosophy. However at Silverstone, you have a ton of fast corners and more importantly, sweeping traction zones. Front end mechanical grip is much less effective at high speeds, and during sweeping traction zones, weight is shifted away from the front, even further reducing front end grip. F1 2020 isn't a perfect simulation, but they try hard to get the setups as close to reality as possible.
