Just a suggestion but for create a team in f1 manager could you do Quadrant racing with Lando Norris and Max Fewtrell as it would be good to see how good a Quadrant team would be. You could even mod in Niran, Ria, Ethan and yourself.

If you want a better start, you should aim for 9800 rpm, then you short shift into 2nd and as soon as the wheelspin stops you go full throttle.
