F1 24 Driver Career: A New Beginning

Is playing with a wheel much easier than a controller? I'm pretty casual, but kind of want to try out the wheel. What is an affordable option for wheel/peddles?

I don't know if I would say much easier, I've never used a controller on F1 so I don't really have that knowledge but it is much smoother in my opinion. Moza has a couple decent options like R3 and R5. Personally I have a Logitech g923 and it's been great for the time I've had it but for a little extra money I could've gotten something a bit nicer and with the potential to upgrade in the future
