一番甲高い高周波サウンドは、自然吸気3littleV10最期の2005年シーズンだと思うよ。最高で20000rpm超えて、950PSオーバーだって云われていたよ。　自分的には、1976年富士で開催されたアジア最初の伝説のF-1レース(F-1世界選手権インジャパン)で聴いた、フランスのリジェのマトラV12だね。フェラーリとアルファロメオの水平対向12が大人しく聞こえたよ。グランドスタンド前を通過する度に高周波サウンドで鼓膜がビリビリと震えて、こそばゆかったのを覚えているよ。当時は12500rpmだった。
