@@LeoElso i think he said that just to redirect the attention from his poor results in that car. The car, undoubtedly didn't suit him, but the main issue was he couldn't adapt naturally so therefore tried to rely on telemetry to try and make up time and see where he's going wrong.

@Release-Topic-b4d3 жыл бұрын
Hamilton actually hasn't completed all his runs... However from the drivers who have completed , there are some conclusions from the data: 1. Honda engine is a bit better than Ferrari 2. Mclaren and Aston are a bit faster then SF21 on the high fuel load (Full race distance fuel on all cars) 3. Mclaren reaches top speed quite quickly , however not all teams are doing Short Performance runs so no idea about qualifying speeds... 4. The Redbull has a bit improvised rear , real improvement 5. Perez data shows that Redbull on the corners and exiting is better than Mclaren , although this run is only compared to Norris as he is the only one who has completed his runs

What's the x axis? Distance travelled or location on track? I.e. if the driver takes a different line, is it visible on the data?
@Totoats3 жыл бұрын
Pretty sure its explicit data for location on track by the markers of each turn above the graphs. But it would also have implicit data of distance travelled because each turn has different lenghts on the x axis

How is the delta calculated in that kind of precision?
@deploy_leroy3 жыл бұрын
I think it's the benchmark time of a particular driver or car.
@vikhattangady3 жыл бұрын
The logging on these cars is on the order of 100Hz or 500 or 1000Hz, so you are getting the distance and other data upto 1000 times a second, or getting data every millisecond. So if you take a certain distance, you can get the time taken to reach that distance down to millisecond precision. Difference in these times across different laps can give you a delta in millisecond precision
@프레디khjfreddy3 жыл бұрын
@@vikhattangady according to your explanation, there must be a gps capable of updating positional data at 1000hz which is highly impossible. And if the data comes from track side, there must be countless tracker or something. I think there should be something else
