They will make mistakes if you keep the pace to max. The drivers are pushing hard which makes them prone to mistakes.

Yea but 2022 Valtteri Bottas as world champion is so funny. Like they made Sebastian Vettel The hungriest driver hunting a world championship a 83 and Bottas the wing man and that has horrible race craft gets a 87 with op Pace stats. Since overtaking stats mean nothing in this game, just focus on all the pace, accuracy and control and then you'll be able to win races easily.

if you start with williams, go straight for Zhou before the first race, hes willing to join for 750k wage and 100k threshold, 100k bonus, 3 year contract. only costs like half a mill to bin off latifi, latifi always joins alfa so you are upgrading, they are downgrading and he's a low wage. Also go for pourchaire as a reserve on 300k per week and a 2 year deal. End of first season, let Albon go and get Gasly, you can sign gasly for slightly more than Albon is on and he's a big improvement.

@hoodedcobra15312 жыл бұрын
look at how many laps pre race… 50laps do 1 pit stop.. run Medium then Hards it will help you able to push hard the whole race and add more fuel so you can keep pushing. If it’s 70-73 laps it’s more likely a 2 stop. I would run medium first stint and after 30laps I’d switch to hards to push too the last stint or make it across the line with 20% left with doing a one stop. Gotta control using ERS… use overtake or deploy when you are in DRS range so you can pass them and make sure you are able to gap them by 1sec so they don’t get DRS back on the rear and you get stuck switching spots in a DRS train. If you do get stuck let them pass and tail them hard so they have to burn up their tires and you can pass em and they have to make a pit stop early. I went from 20th to 1st at signapore today… we had a few safety cars that helped out but that helped me getting too the front since all the cars were less then a second away from each other. 1st season is a struggle getting the car close enough to the top 5 now we are still slower but we are able to win and get top 3 in qualifying. KZbinr need to do more part design showing people how to make the best performing parts. I would do it but don’t like filming my self talk lol

I think pushing the drivers makes them make mistakes. I'm almost certain that there's a direct relationship between the temperature of your brakes and your brake locks, and between the temperature of your tires and drifting on a curve. Nonetheless, yes, pushing your tires to full attacking all the time, while risky, makes you get race finishes your car most definitely doesn't deserve. Tho I personally accomplish this with two stops. For example just today, season 1 I was able to finish 6th and 10th with alpha tauri on Jeddah without upgrades or new personnel, with two pit stops, on full attack and an intentionally overfueled car (I can always remain on attack).
@crackerjackrappr Жыл бұрын
Do you just keep your drivers set to attack? That seems to be the only way to fight for a good race finish but I fly through tyres and spin a lot. And if i drive on balanced, they lose so much pace and get passed. I'm using Alpine and my car is actually pretty decent. Usually qualify top 10 and finish between 5th & 8th. Led one race for half of it and then spun when I wasn't even pushing my drivers. Lol.
@martins3776 Жыл бұрын
The knack is to know when to go max speed and when to cool the tyres down (usually on medium but if you've room to play with and want to save some speed for later you can go slower in parts), first it's about the track and which sections are best for speed, I usually have a section of a third to a half in mind where I focus a lot of my speed/overtake attempts with the other faster sections ones I use but less so such as if I'm after a fast/fastest lap or if I've almost caught someone and can make that final push to get past. Second it's about watching the other drivers and the gaps that matter, when are they pitting? what are their tyres like? (a driver with tyres in a not so good lesser state if yours have plenty of life left is ripe prey to overtake as they won't be able to push as much or it will hurt them if they do so they may be being more cautious with their speed) - you can close gaps in phases rather than always having to go from behind to ahead in one shot, sometimes you get a sweet moment they've pitted and you can rub salt in the wound by cruising past them as they exit the pits leaving them chasing your dust but that's just luck of where you are- you can however take advantage of their having to pit if you're lucky enough to be ahead on when you pitted and can stay close enough to take advantage once they do. If you're keeping on their tail you can even lose the place if you'd overtaken previously and get it back if you're watching your tyres to pace yourself for the race, it's also about the fact you don't always need to go full speed as long as you are watching the gap and have the tactics for when to close it. So keep an eye on if the gap between you and any targets (drivers you want/need to beat thus finish ahead of ultimately) is closing, widening or staying the same as that is really important for helping manage tyre wear and heat etc- it will help you strategize when to push and when to play safer as if you push too long at a time you'll have problems like wrecking your tyres/ losing control, regardless of if you are ahead of or behind any such target(s) managing this gap will let you get the most out of your tyres and attack/defense/ traveling at a lower speed as you're happy with the gap at this point of the race. Finally think about the time you want to pit for how you manage your lapping speeds and pushes as so long as the tyres have it in them you can often be a little more daring with the push (but don't blow it!) on the lap you're pitting on (which can be a good time to overtake if you're close enough and put a little distance between you if the tyres can take it which will give you a better pit exit position, or at least to close the gap) as the tyres only need to get you to the pits then you're swapping them. Depending on tyre status this may also be the case one or two laps prior to this but make sure you keep that pit lap attack opportunity.

First step to winning with williams, replace Latifi, you can get Gasly for 8-10 million. Also develop the underfloor, it's the most crucial upgrade to push Williams closer to the other midfielders.

Hello…. This is Ferrari… we have a job offer for you… Another great vid. Thanks dude. Do you find that pushing straight after pit stop damages the tyres more?
