not to be rude, but this game's crash physics are horrible in comparison to EA's f1 games, the AI makes turns that are almost impossible to make and the damage model isn't that good either, with only front wings and rear wings getting visibly damaged, and yeah, F1 24's myteam is less inmersive, but myteam is made so you can DRIVE for your team, not manage it fully like f1 manager pls don't crucify me im just stating my personal opinion ;-;

the customization feature i have to say is something Frontier have always understood, is important to a player and have been good at for many years, just take a look at these options for Elite dangerous, and you'll see what i mean...however what is more important is how the actual game mechanics work within the game, especially given as we all know now that there is no multiplayer, yet.. thx 4 the preview.

Just did my first season finished 9th with own team reaching the goal,,,however I've lost 5 staff been poached and no one apart from Paul aron and fittipaldi will drive for me in year 2 everyone else is not interested and only staff from f2 will join the team so now its worse than year 1 so what have I done wrong as now I have to restart but don't want ro again if this is going to happen,,just makes the game almost impossible

01- Well, now we just have to wait until the opportunity for three round-robin championships arises - F-1, F-2 and F-3... and it will be very good. I would like, not only to create my own team, but also to lead it from the very bottom - F-3 - to the very top in F-1. 02- And I would like to see among the pilots racers from previous years (80-90 and 2000 years) with the possibility of purchasing and even developing them. 03-In my opinion, it would be more logical if the team that took last place in the F-1 championship moved to F-2 and the strongest from there, at the end of the season, moved to F-1

I'd love for more variety in car upgrades. Like having the option to design a specific rear wing for certain tracks or some upgrades not being as effective as initially thought and others having a bigger impact than anticipated

When designing/developing a new part, you can set the sliders to be more downforce heavy, better drag reduction, etc. You can have multiple iterations of parts too so for example you could have a max downforce rear wing for street circuits, and a minimal drag one for Monza.

Still kinda bummed about the lack of RGB/Hexcode Colour Tool and image import...but apart from that, very promising. Edit: Actually HSB is kind of okay, I didn't realize Power Toys Color Picker also supported it for example, but still an alternative RGB and/or Hex input would have been nice imo.

Looking forward to playing this. One thing I’m a little disappointed with though is all drivers being available. I’d have preferred it where you have to offer a contract to drivers and staff and because you’re a new team there will only be a select few will join. If you do sign say Lewis and max you’ll probably only keep them for a season before they’re poached by bigger teams.

It was just an example of what could be. None of the iterations of F1 Manager prior to this have allowed lowly, unsuccessful teams without good facilities to just poach the highest paid and hardest to lure drivers over. It's just showing examples of possible scenarios that you in theory could try to balance. The fact is that it will be hard to keep Max and Lewis in your team because motivation and driver happiness is something you will have to balance while managing. However your team needs to typically be right up there with the best before any of them will even talk to you or consider racing for your team, no matter how much money you have.

If you create a team named Andretti Autosport, you go to your headquarters, hire staff, develop a car, and get an email that says "Check with us in a couple of years.". Then the game just puts you into observer mode and starts running through the seasons without you.
