F1's 2026 Car Regulations have been released and 2026 F1 cars are going to be awesome it seems. F1 is making changes to the cars that will improve the racing even more. 2026 is exciting me already!

Yes but they just won’t be changing the rim size to 16” anymore, they are staying with the current 18” rims. This was announced very recently😊

So they make this special fuel that’s absolutely ground braking but don’t show it off by going back to NA v8s at least 3 liter v6 NA with ers no drs Only max ers mode allowed in what was once drs zones Slowing make a way to allow drivers to use it whenever how ever no special zones let the drivers figure out when’s the best time to use it

I made this video 5 months ago, some things have changed, like for example the 18” to 16” wheels change is not happening anymore. At the time there was talk of more battery power compared to engine power, now its 50/50 yes😊

I suppose we’re moving in that direction yes. Also with the new regulations, the battery power will be the main power source and the combustion engine will sort of act as an add on. So basically the opposite to the way car cars run now, with the battery power being the add on.

wrong, the ICE will decide the race and is required to run at 100% nearly all race so its just like Verstappen says: engine race

Making them narrower is dumb! They need to be wide. The problem is their ridiculous boat like length!! The 15cm shortening is nothing!

For me personally, I enjoyed the previous regulations more, cars were a bit too long in length but the performance and squatting of the cars was way more fun to watch than the current, stiff ground effect cars.

the width is honestly more important, they take up so much space on the track that its honestly a bigger hindrance to overtaking than the dirty air

@@alistairwright3464 No, you're talking nonsense. In order to overtake you have to be able to follow closely - modern F1 cars can't do that. Then you need a long braking distance - modern F1 cars breaking distances are too short to be able to gain any distance. Cars in the 70s, 80s, until 1993 were 220cm wide! And they were great at overtaking. Today's cars are only 200cm and the tracks are 12m wide! The tracks are huge!
