I would have asked him “ Why bring a driver lake Sainz ? What did he do in those 9 years of F1 ? Can you tell me a remarkable moment of Sainz ? 🤷 actually during the races he never shows on TV because he does Nothing !! “ so why bring such guy and not keep a young talent ??

Sainz is a solid driver who has kept up with every single teammate. William's are not looking for the best driver they want two drivers who work well and most importantly are good at developing the car. A team already at the front needs a fast driver a team at the back need a driver who can develop the team.
@miguelnonose14803 ай бұрын
@@ZTheMoki Sainz is so good at developing F1 cars that made several winning cars right ? Sainz is just a ok driver, that might never achieved F1, without his family name, nothing else.

Even the next Senna is no use to Williams just yet, crawl, walk then run. Even Ayrton Senna proved to be a double edged sword for Lotus, who at the time were one of the big 4, and at the time were also the second most sucsessful team of all time. Williams needs a reliable fast driver who has experience, not a young gun regardless of how good he is.

No respect for this man. He made the awful decision to have Sargeant for a second season instead of hiring a new driver (Vesti, Drugovich, Pouchaire). Afterwards, Sargeant caused damages in 3.1 Million dollar even before the end of the season.
