Namaskaram guru garu This is an example situation I came across. How things in the past may impact you in the future. One of my acquaintances worked in a gas station in 2014 sold some controlled things to under age. He got a ticket and went to court after that he completed opt then h1 and till last week everything went well. Last month went to India for him and his spouse stamping. Got the stamping. While coming back to usa in Port of entry he was denied entry because of the previous case. While going through the immigration he did not declare the gold jewelery and organic material (pickels and snacks) he is bringing back so they took him to secondary. From there they dig deep and found out his old case. Why I'm telling this example is when you lie on documents and if you have a record of moral turpitude it is going to cost you.

its prerequisite for the international students to have enough funds to do their education in the USA. And it is clearly stated by the USCIS that working part time off-the campus is illegal and they are not supposed to work. USA ki vachhi beeda arupulu aravadam no use. dont play sympathy card that "we dont have money and life is expensive here, so we are doing part time jobs". These students are very well aware of the law. The Media should make the people aware that, the students who are coming to USA, should have sufficient money and not to show fake bank statements to enter into the USA. USA is for the students who can afford the student fee and hostel fee irrespective of whether they are rich or poor.

Those who deported, they do not advertise on social media. They might be in great depression. It comes from known circles - such news. wait until ICE releases the least or DHS exit/entry reports.
