No, it’s not possible. You will need information from your i20 form to complete the visa appointment application form.

I am currently in the US under an F1 visa, my visa expired one year ago but I can stay in the US since my I-20 is active. I am getting married to an American girl this summer and we want to go to Ecuador to get married there. Can I renew it from the US? or need to go to Ecuador necessarily? If you have still not decided, I would ask you to consider Canada or Germany. US has the worst and most unreliable immigration system. Its easier to get permanency in a different country and then come to US to work

There is no limit on when you can apply for your visa. You’ll need an I-20 thought. After obtaining your F1 visa, you can enter the U.S. as early as 30 days prior to your program start date.

Assuming your question is for an F1 Visa Interview, yes they can. The financial documentation should be similar, but from a business entity instead of an individual. Also, ask them to provide a conditional hiring letter stating the role, salary, date, condition for rehire, and other details they may want to include.

My mum is sponsoring my tuition fees. You’ll tell them what she does and maybe show your bank statement. If they ask why is your father not sponsoring: you can tell them your family issue

How do you mean when you say cancel the first offer? You need to include the details of the university you choose to attend in your DS-160.
