Thank you for the info. I just went ahead and changed all my coil packs and all my plugs and it took the problem away. I cleared the codes and the check engine light went out but then probably about a week and a half ago. The check engine light came back on. I believe it’s for an oxygen sensor. I haven’t thrown the tester back on it yet but the truck is still running smooth. I’ve got 301,000 miles on it. I’m sure a couple of things are going to get finicky.

Thanks for taking the time to do this video, I know its a lot of work by itself. Hopefully this scenario is my problem ,my 2017 f150 3.5 Eco boost. I get a flashing CE light when accelerating, it goes away when the vehicle calms down. I do loose power so I know the fuel injectors are shutting down. Thank you again.

Just had this happen last night 2021 f150 3.5L. Was at highway speeds went to pass big rig and check engine light began flashing and very rough fluttering..pulled over ,parked it and shut it off. Restart after 1 min. Continue to travel at 115km cruise. For another 4hrs. No issues since. Should I be worried? No warning lights at all

The exact same th8ng happened to me with mine to and I did the exact same thing you did, and hasn't came on since then. I think we experienced a miss fire, if the problem kept occurring then yeah I would be worried

Drilling a hole with a 1/16 bit into the turbo intercooler stops this issue as water is building up in the intercooler itself. What you did is only a temporary fix, it will happen again.

This was the fix for this particular misfire. Condensation in the intercooler is also a problem on these. Drilling a hole ( in the proper spot) is a fix. It's definitely a misfire prone motor. Thanks for watching.

I'm considering fixing mine also, 2011 Expedition, started flashing pulling a trailer and passing someone then it stopped when I decelerated also. It was a scary first time experience so I decided to take it easy since the trip was a 2 1/2 hour trip and that problem happened at the start of my trip. I still had to return home later that night. Anyway did you fix yours? was the problem the same as this guy's in the video? Edit: I read your reply to the video creator. That's cool I hope my issue is as easy as you guys.

I’ve yet to buy ford plugs for my boost ever come with the proper gap. Always way too wide. I carefully set them to .028 and get exceptional life out of them. If I don’t then usually 60000 kilometers I get the misfire.

I always verify the gap as well. Just have to be careful not to damage the electrodes. I always check every new part thoroughly. You have to be your own quality control dept these days. Thanks for watching.

The check engine light blinks when I turn the ignition on, but I have not had any misfires after replacing the plugs. Is it a remaining code or is there still an existing issue?

It's normal for the check engine light to come on when the ignition is turned on. But it should go out after a moment. Are there any trouble codes?

Really hard to say. Is it just misfire codes your getting? Could Be a carbon build up issue, or fuel issue (injector or low fuel pressure?)

Are there any trouble codes? Try checking and cleaning your Map sensors, sometimes they get fouled with PCV. Let me know what you find.

I just changed my plugs on my suzuki forenza 2008 also.I was getting the p0302 with flashing lights. I did move the wires around but still getting the same code.I replace the ignition coil,spark plugs and the fuel injectors but no luck.I was going to replace the 02 sensors but im still waiting for the tool.Any help here i would appreciate it thank you.

Hey man, got problems with my dads 2014 F-150 5.0l Coyote engine, keep getting code p0306 and i've done everything i can think of, changed all 8 coils and plugs, changed fuel injector, cleaned maf sensor, air cleaner, new synthetic oil and filter, i'm going crazy cause it runs rough like shuddering and the engine light flashes while driving, checked compression on it seemed fine, not fully sure what the compression needs to be (it's at 115 for #6) even tried fuel cleaner and use only super unleaded. any help would be great, thanks for reading my rambling.

115 seems low. What are the other cylinders at? You want them all within about 10% of each other for proper power balance.

Nope, the fix is simple and free. You have too drill (1/16 bit) what called a weep hole in the turbo intercooler to drain out the water building up in it.

That's what this was doing. If you don't have access to a scanner maybe try getting it to act up and take it to a place like auto zone to get it scanned. Hopefully the code will still be in memory. Let me know how it works for you.

I would start by checking regular tune up items. Spark plugs, air filter, and clean your map sensors. Check your tire pressure and look for uneven wear. Let me know what you find. Hopefully it's nothing to expensive. Thanks for watching and commenting.

I just changed my plugs on my fusion. I’m getting P0302 and I’m still flashing. It’s saying mid fire on two. I put coil 2 on 1 and 1 on 2. And I still have misfire on 2. The plugs I replaced are ford plugs and I was told I didn’t have to gap since made by ford. HELP!!!???😢

Take a close look at your wiring. Rodents love to chew on it. Also I would check the compression. Make sure it's even with the other cylinders. Let me know what you find. I hope it's a cheap fix.
