F150 Electric power steering issues EPAS / PSCM problems

Are you having a popping or any type of noise when you lose power steering? And is it brief and comes back or does it stay gone until key cycle??

No noise on this one. The power steering comes back sometimes if i move the wheel back and forth and wait a little bit. Sometimes it goes away for the rest of the day. I replaced the rack with a reman unit, and it lasted 2 weeks. I just installed the warranty rack. It is good so far, But i will definitely do an update video soon

@@gagefixeseverything I was having intermittent power steering loss, but only in small bursts and felt like I was fighting thru bind. Was also popping and clicking though. Replaced the steering shaft with no difference. I have a brand new motorcraft rack ready to go in, but now it hasn’t done it in 2+ weeks so idk what’s going on haha. In ForScan it had a lot of codes for loss of communication for the rack, but I cleared those and did a self test and nothing. I’m at a loss as to whether or not to go ahead and replace rack or not
