Mine had not leaked...yet, but I am only at 48,000 kms and truck kept inside a lot. Still, eventually it will leak, so preventative maintenance.

Lol I had to use a heat gun n plenty o rubbing to get my seal off. I had weather strip that’s almost exact fit that I ran around with a dab of sealant on the break of the two ends. Pretty sure going to have to do some work on the cab corner / back glass seal though. It’s hotter than a minute 30 microwaved hotdog right now

Good trick: turn on AC to blast w recirculate. Then spray outside back cab with soapy water. You will then find bubbles of said leak. Seal, go again if you’d like God bless.

Cab corners do rust on these trucks. Hope you stopped the leak if it was leaking!

How can I remove that adhesive if it’s stuck around the light? Can I spray it with something before removal? Thanks

I am not sure what you could use off hand. Can you scrap it off with you fingernail and roll it off with pressure as you rub it away with your fingers. Then use some rubbing alcohol? The glue is still kinda soft, right?

Sticky side went on bulb housing, it snugged up well. Siliconed around it also then welded in a cab corner. Never had spots on headliner tho. I addressed any possible leaks and used 3M cavity wax after on rockers, doors, cab corners and rear wells. I'm gonna get the foam out from them and retreat, I put some in water, it floated and didn't really soak up much but even a bit is too much.

Nope. Gasket tool up any space between the truck and the light.

These trucks also had a issue with the satellite antenna on the roof. Those you can just put some RTV silicon under them. It is a bit of work to lower the headliner on that side. I would think that you would see staining near the passenger grab handle though.
