Lots of causes for bore scoring. Too much fuel through number 4 injector is one of many reasons for bore scoring.

No that will typically wash cylinders and ruin rings, this was a heat issue

that red coating shell is loctite

Yup after looking at it realized the engine guy before me Put loctite on rod bolts 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
