Fabulous work and attention to details. Having built this same kit, it is probably one of if not (the) best engineered and fitting plastic model aircraft kits ever made. Great video - thank you.

Lovely work. A lot of models look great from a normal viewing distance and then start to look less realistic as you get closer. Your model looks more and more realistic the closer you get into the detail. I can see the hours you put into each piece and it really makes the model seem more real and each piece stands on its own merit. The model somehow feels "solid", like its actually metal and not just plastic. Fantastic stuff. You have a new fan. :) Dan

Great job...realistic & a true working Corsair navy fighter! I built the Tamiya 1/32 scale F4U Corsair with it's million parts that allows for different configurations! Not a cheap model by any means & quite complicated! Unlike you, I gave my Corsair a pristine paint job just off the assembly line. She hasn't been battle hardened as yet...lol!

David R Lentz, Columbus, Ohio, USA (Saturday, 27 July, 2024) You have brought us an authentic master class in painting generally-surely you are an artiste of the finest order!-and for the better quality model kits we have. I hope you assemble and paint figurines, vehicles, etc., in 1:32nd-, 1:35th-, and 1:25th/24th-scales. Are you able to sculpt objects of different kinds (people in various labours, equipment and tools for such endeavours, perhaps animals: pets, livestock, wild fauna, etc.), as well? If you are as good at sculpting as you are at painting in the style and manner of the great masters, you conceivably could generate a creditable income creating the originals to make molds for casting reproductions that model-builders would buy; in other words, a side hustle that might even offset your expenses in building model kits.

Thank you all for your feedback. I previously freelanced for Aires creating masters for their products as well as designing photo-etchings. I don't have much time now, but the cockpit sets for the Me 262 1/32 Revell are coming out soon - a single, a two-seater night and a two-seater trainer, which I helped to model. Of course I will use the set when building the Me 262B on my YT channel.

@@DetailsScaleModels, YOU freelanced for Aires? I keenly admire them for their resin work, and overall excellence. i can see why: you are at the pinnacle of excellence! I fervently appreciate you for your exemplary artistry. I only wish our meeting were in person! I hope you are well. My own illnesses (I have become terribly thin) kindles my empathy for others in their suffering and struggles.
