20-30 year olds, maybe even older, don't want to work. They've never been taught any type of work ethic. Mommy and, if he was around, Daddy handed them everything their entire lives. Living at home and getting money from the government creates no incentive to work. I'm not sure how far you are from Lutz but I know a top notch fabricator
