There is a strip of black tape supplied by BMW to fit along the back edge of the splitter, it stops any body colour showing where the splitter meets the bumper grille.

I had a pair of carbon fiber splitters and they got jacked 😫. At least that way itll be harder to steal.

I actually like the matte black lip. I don't have any plans on getting it paint. At least not yet.
