Come on people. 4 premier league titles on the bounce and as we didn’t manage to win the FA cup, get a grip. Physically and more so mentally to secure that 4th premier league title certainly took its toll this time around at the end of the season, it was there for everyone to see today. I am a city supporter of 50 years and loved this great club from day one and to my last day. The new supporters need to remember our great fan motto that seems to becoming forgotten “city until I die”. People look who won the premier league today when looking back at results not who won the FA Cup, it only gets a thought when the final comes around each year.

We have been below par this season, maybe it's the treble hangover, didn't expect to do a treble again this season but it's a little disappointing because both the champions league and fa cup losses were our own doing. I’m not even a city fan but I watch your channel all the time Martin. I love watching Man City mate my best mates in Manchester where I live are city fans who went to Wembley today. Calls for pep out Bernardo out kdb out are the most ridiculous things I’ve ever heard. Man City in my opinion are one of the best sides I’ve ever watched but you can’t win everything all the time. Today Man U defended well and city weren’t quite at it and on the day weren’t good enough to win. That’s ok. Man City are still an amazing team who have won so much this season. Astonished at some of the negative comments I see on City streams. Maybe if these fans were with us when we were 12th in Division 1, they would appreciate that we've amassed 35 trophies now and are the best team in the world. This Man Utd game reminded me of Real Madrid where all they did was clog up the central zones because city had no width till doku. This season our problem has been when we go up against mid/low blocks that are aggressive (I.e Real Madrid, arsenal) and today showed that’s why this season we have struggled in big games. We need to fix that in the summer if we want to win trebles, quadruples get to that level again.

The key to dealing with this anti-football low-block garbage next season is dynamic direct attacking wing play. Simply can't play through the middle against a low-block. The space is in wide areas when dealing with anti-football. So players like Doku, Savio, Bobb, and possibly Frimpong will be essential to solving the anti-football problem. Cup competition knockout football presents a unique challenge because anti-football can be very effective in a one-off match where teams are just defending and playing to get to a penalty shootout like madrid or riding their luck and capitalizing on mistakes like united. So if we want cup success next season, then pep's team selection and tactics have to be on it from minute 1 in these one-off knockout matches.

About 5 mins before the first goal we had a little ‘fumble’ moment in our box, but I didn’t think much more about it. After the second ‘fumble’ moment that led to the goal I added 1 + 1 , made 2 , and realized - “oh shit , its going to be one of THOSE FA cup finals” -- City are still incredible, but this will give the haters some fun for the days running up to the Euros. -- A 4peat on the back of a treble has never been done before, and unlikely to ever be done again. A remarkable season despite the ‘fumble’.

When a club becomes successful, they will inevitably put the prices up and the fan base will slowly start to change. City ended being the people’s club after we won our first premier league under Mancini . City’s ownership need to think very carefully about pricing their core working class supporters out of the market. The only trophy we won was the premiership, I don't count them other 2.Regarding the premiership we won it, but the football we played was not exciting,endless passing side to side, we were poor in a lot of the games and we rode our luck. We have the best academy in the country, I think selling Palmer was a massive mistake making Chelsea stronger.Bobb and Lewis have to be in that midfield next season for me and Foden has to be the main man in midfield. Bobb would have unlocked their defence, because he is a intelligent player. To many square pegs in round holes, regarding Haaland he is not a Aguero or Tevez he needs service. Pep has to find a way to get him more involved. They caused our defence so many problems in the first half , our defence got run ragged. But winning the premiership is a good achievement, considering the way we played all season, fit and starts.

Great season overall and proud of the boys especially after a treble but I know I’m gonna sound crazy but for some reason I just couldn’t fully enjoy the season for some reason. I’m not sure if I’m getting a bit tired of the 800 side to side passes and just total dependence on 75% possession every game. It seems we barely break on teams, always slowing it down, Pep has players scared shitless to try a thru ball to Haaland. To win are 4th in a row and for it to seem like a bit of a slog is crazy lol. Tired of the 3 Musketeers happy to have the Fantastic 4. But as many, I was frustrated with Pep for APPEARING (from my point of view) to offer teams the possibility of counter attack when it was the ONLY chance they had of causing an upset. Walker is the ONLY player equipped to respond to it providing he has not been ordered to patrol high as a Wing Back. Quick teams need only moments to hurt City's back line & continue to take SOME of the OPPORTUNITIES offered. I'm my opinion, this does not need to happen. It adds to taking the treble away. Most people come across as complete idiots online. They're reactionary and say things they don't mean. You speak more sense than anyone else on City KZbin and do an excellent job representing the true fan base. I'm sat here in disbelief at what we've achieved this season, and over the last decade. Wow some of the overreactions lol. Walker doesn’t need to go, but needs to have minutes reduced (say 2500 instead of 4000). KDB doesn’t need to go, but we have to manage his minutes better and maybe use him as an impact sub more often. 2 10’s in the big game… not sure about that. Stones doesn’t need to go, but Pep can’t base his system around him since no one else can replicate his skill set. Bernardo doesn’t need to go, but if he really wants to, then it’s time.
