probably to stop other people from flying their drones to look at it. the most logical reason for it would be for government use of their own drones to fly up and find the unknown ones easier

So my guess is that the “parts” of NJ where drone flight is banned, are the parts where the non identified drones (likely government contracted) did not find what they are searching for. It gives the illusion that government is being proactive in dealing with these mysterious drones.

A few years ago, when I worked at a restaurant in a town with a US military base, I witnessed a staff member working with me making fun of a 3 or 4 year old US military child who was spilling his food as he was eating. The child's mother had an obviously displeased look on her face. About a week later, another US military child came to the restaurant and spilled his food even more than the previous visitor. I think this was revenge for the previous teasing. How would someone feel if they were subjected to this kind of harassment, not just once, but over and over again? It's not just families; I have witnessed many times that when serving food, they deliberately placed plates so that they would make a loud noise. I think many young US soldiers send remittances back to their families in their home countries. They are risking their lives for their families, and yet they are subjected to this kind of harassment.

Here is what I do not understand about the whole drone thing, why haven't they followed them and see where they are landing? They cannot stay up there all night not unless they have solar charging capabilities. So why not just wait for them to land and see who picks them up... 🙄

Why ban drones? Since drones are primarily used for surveillance, there must be something they don't want known publically; why not? If the drone sightings are not a threat, then how could flying an observation drone over the banned area be considered a threat? You don't want the public to see what's going on? Funny how the drones that people are seeing are only at night and, when discovered, go dark to avoid detection. This isn't passing the smell test!

CNN starts right off with "those mysterious drones," thus assuring continuation of this hysteria. They COULD actually inform by doing actual analyses of the existing video evidence (which others have been doing right along) proving that these are mostly regular airplanes. @ first of all, theres already regulations and rules in place to ensure drone flyers are in check. FAA is already enforcing mandatory remote id and registration for legal commercial flyers AND hobbysits. There is NO reason to escalate to a ban as even hobbyist drones are already GEOlocked out of restricted airspace😆. So no, this is not some govt effort to protect you or anyone. This is just another example of govt exerting control and taking away rights

@@chingsterc2356 I agree with you that the gov is overstepping sometimes but something have to be done and this one is : The agency announced restrictions largely aimed at limiting drone flights over power stations and infrastructure. That will avoid any accident, calming the game cause people are pointing laser at planes and worst, some maganuts politicians saying it's aliens or mother ship from Iran (flying around all flashy... 🤡🤦‍♂) .

It may seem paradoxical, but Soka Gakkai is anti-American and pro-Russia and pro-China. When I worked at a restaurant in a town with a US military base, I witnessed the staff members harassing people who seemed to be US military personnel on many occasions. I think the staff members were members of Soka Gakkai. If you ask American soldiers in America now if they were harassed by Japanese store clerks when they were at the base in Okinawa, I think most of them would answer yes. There are restaurants on the base, but it's suffocating to be on the base all the time, so if you try to eat outside once in a while to change your mood, it must be unbearable.
