If Mosaic goes through as intended. I can see the only people getting PPLs will be the ones that are intending to go to the airlines. I don't think it'll happen right away but as soon as Mosaic goes through, people that want to fly small airplanes will pursue an SPL and people that want to go to the airlines will gravitate toward the heavier more professional airplanes.
