Do you think it is possible to get a tech job with no degree, no certifications, no bootcamps? Solely just projects and being part of meetup groups on your resume?

I have met engineers with only bootcamp with the same job/pay as me. Obviously, the rise of AI and tech layoffs are making it difficult for everyone regardless of degree. I think someone’s grit and network will determine their success.
