I can confirm everything you report. My experience is identical. It really raised my eyebrows when I used this ceramic spray for the first time. My biggest gripe with water-based spray-on/wipe-off ceramics and drying aids is poor flashing followed by difficulty fully removing the product without streaks. The Amsoil product seems to have done away with those poor performance aspects. Definitely a winner in my opinion as well. Cheers.

Used this stuff for the first time today and as a long-term Adams polishes user I was thoroughly impressed! Can’t speak for longevity yet, but I was extremely impressed by the deep reflection and gloss and how slick it was

Been using this for several months. I would call the smell “windex-ish” 😂. I would say it’s every bit as good if not better than DIY Ceramic Gloss.

Amsoil oil change question . I have a 98 z3 1.9 liter engine. Just put amsoil synthetic oil in this spring 2024 and put less than 1000 miles on it this summer. Do I need to change the oil this next spring 2025? Thanks

This product looks just like the Lotus Coat from Oberk and the Clean Ceramic Sealant. All claiming up to one year of protection and can be applied 3 ways. Wipe on - Wipe off, as a drying aid or spray on Hose off.

SiO2 is Quartz but not Ceramic. In order to be a "Ceramic" coating it will need to have "SiC" contained. Sprays like this have about 2%-3% SiO2 so it wont clog the nozzle.
