I used packing cubes like the ones you got for the first time earlier this year and I really liked them. They helped me keep things better organized so I could just a zipped cube into the bathroom to use, and then back out to the bag to keep things neat. It also made it easier for me to keep track of my stuff. That said, mine at least are clear in one side so I can see the contents, though they are not compression, so I don't think the ones you got were worth the price they claimed. Amazon has better choices, IMO.

Hi, those packing cubes are great for travel to keep your clothing tidy - when I used mine I didn’t even unpack just took items from the cubes as I needed them. The other bags that you suck the air from are more for storing clothing/ bedding. I hope you enjoy. ❤

No packing cubes don’t usually compress unless they have the word compress in their language and those cubes are really nice as you can’t see through them, but when they’re three different sizes, I think you know what you put in the smallest one and the medium in the large

Gosh other than the Kate Spade sunglasses I forget what I picked. Menopause brain….lol I do have plastic packing things that you squeeze the air out after you fill them and they stay compressed. They are the same brand as the big ones you vacuum the air out. I thought they were handy.

Honestly category 4 and 5 were a big disappointment for me. Category 4 I decided on the packing cubes because I have a great niece that I can store diapers in one cube, backup clothes in another, and use the last one to keep wipes, etc in. There’s nothing else that interested me. Category 5 I’ll be going for the throwback socks to gift my niece. I don’t know what they’re doing at fff, but that’s why I remain a seasonal member, I do t trust their offerings anymore to become an annual member.

Hi, Mary. The packaging cubes seem overpriced. The compression cubes are what we use, and love. I use the medium and small sizes, large is too big for my suitcases. No more "stirring" of my suitcase! I, too, got the vitamin C serum. I think i got 2 of the mystery boxes. I was a little underwhelmed with the choices in this box. Have a wonderful weekend 💖💖

I wasn’t that excited about them and because southwest charged if your bags were over a certain weight, I didn’t want to add anything to my bags. lol. My word! I always enjoy watching you, Mary. I was in the hospital today for the most painful procedure I’ve ever had and almost wish I didn’t do it. It’s not a regular endoscopy. They do something else down your throat and then they did three needle aspiration biopsies of my stomach. The burning is insane. So watching you is distracting me a little bit from wanting to scream, but I can’t scream because my throat is raw.

Wow 😮, I'm so sorry you had to go through that. That's ridiculous to be in that kind of pain. I had a procedure done that the Dr. described as uncomfortable, meanwhile the nurse is giving me big eyes. So I asked him for pain and/or anxiety medicine. He said sure but no one ever asks for them. I said maybe they don't realize they need to ask, why don't you just offer them so your patients won't be in pain. He looked confused and said I don't know I never thought about it. My procedure went fine but I've since heard that it is incredibly painful. A couple months ago I read an article about that procedure from a female gynecologist and she said what I thought " that it was inhumane to treat patients this way. She also said addiction is not a problem because you only have the medications for procedure and 2 days after it. I hope you feel better soon.🙏

Hey Mary! You look so beautiful. I love your hair and that pink on you is so complimentary! I purchased a bottle of the Ole Hendrickson Vit C at Marshall’s for $20 back in the Winter. I loved it but no, I wouldn’t pay full price either. It did however get my skin adapted back to using Vit C again so I’m glad I found it. I would have guessed the candle in that category. The Kopari cream is one I’d like to try but that’s way to much. Have you ever tried Vanicream face moisturizer? It has a lot of ceramides but no peptides. I’ve been loving it for the past six months or so. It’s cheap, moisturizes well and great under makeup. During the first few months I used Timeless squalane oil with it. The cream has that in it but my skin is very dry in the Winter. Thanks for sharing. These videos are always fun and interesting. Have a blessed weekend my sweet friend!❤

Compression packing cubes have an extra set of zippers to squish down the size a bit. If driving and you really want to stuff more in, then they do help. When flying, since there’s a weight limit, I don’t find they help me much. Sure, I have a little more space, but can’t pack more or be overweight.

About packing cubes...they are great for organizing your luggage, but so are zip-lock baggies and other types of pouches. I think the compression feature is to help folks fit more items, especially clothing, into their luggage. Being a minimalist traveler, I have no interest in the compression cubes. However, I am very interested in where you and ShyGuy will be traveling in the Fall, Mary! Hope you have some fun, memorable, and safe ventures ahead!!❤

The packing cubes are a great choice! Hanky panky is a lingerie brand which is why they are that texture and probably not the best quality packing cubes but still get the job done. They're a great way to organize your belongings. I picked some up from fff in a box years ago but mine are from a different brand so they have handles, a mesh front, and an additional zipper pocket so depending on how much you like them during your fall travels you can decide if you'd want to get different ones.

I don't have any personal experience with packing cube but have friends that swear by them. The ones you showed didn't seem like the ones I've seen and considered. I definitely think you would want a more see through set of cubes, and the ability to compress when traveling; isn't that the point? The packing cubes will work, the compression ones are fairly new and I’ve just ordered a set for our next holiday, the only reason I upgraded to compression was that some need replacing. I’ll still use some of the normal nones which are like yours in style in my partners case 😊 great video!

Packing cubes are great I have used them for many years-they are great you just pop them into the drawers at your hotel or air bnb. I also use them to store out of season clothes- the compression cubes are great if you want to pack as much as you can into your suitcase so I think it is great to have both. FFF has had better quality packing cubes in previous boxes one set even had a slot on the outside so you could label what is inside nevertheless less these cubes will also be put to good use.
