Extremely beautiful. Singing so "sotte voce" on a stage at the age of 65 is incredible...! In particular at the end he makes a diminuendo on the high note: this is so difficult...!

maybe everyone who has made condescending comments about him comments should check out his aida with gencer in verona, I think it would be in the early 60's, or perhaps his neopolitan songs. I would like to see any of you, even remotely, compare to this mans talents. he was/is a true professional. so post some of your stuff so we can see what you have, so that way everyone can call you laim or more likely just, unappreciated. Muy bién y hermoso. CarlosBergonzi un gran tenor con bella voz y gran maestría, aún ha avanzada edad. Superior a Domingo y mejor que Di Stefano. Esta aria esta perfecfta y muy hermosa, me agrada más que la de Kraus cuando joven, la que es hermosa, pero no tanto como la de Bergonzi.
