Really? I thought it was a follow up question. You can be an engineer and be employed in foreign service at some point... Who do you think oversees infrastructure projects being conducted on international soil? This would be like saying "I'm a software engineer," and assuming that means it's impossible I work as a diplomat overseeing cyber security and tech education programs in Bolivia etc.

Bill, you were close, but, drove right by it. Do not do 3 or 2 meals a day. This works; 5 + small ones. Thin sliced meat/protein, nice veggies, and yes, you have more energy after eating. Yeah, big meals do make you lethargic. So, don't do that. Also, I am old. I can tell you from experience that this is the way to go. Peace out, folks, from Taipei.
