The power going out is called a “Trip and Reclose”. Happy you know that your recloser (a utility breaker) is set for lockout on the third fault (which is very typical). The recloser is a protection device meant to clear a fault on the distribution line (12.47 kV) rather than having a fuse blow on a fault. It’s a pretty cool system (I designed these systems three decades ago).

Your power company reminds me of what we (late wife and I) put up with when we first moved to South Boardman, Michigan. If we saw a cloud in the sky the power would go out anywhere from a half hour to a couple of hours, truth, no exaggerating. After several years of putting up with that, they finally decided to burry some of the main feeder lines and finally would still have power with it raining. If you think I'm BS'ing, you have never had a rural power company like what we had.

Built a cage for a SxS and used the halo on a A and B pillar like you did and nailed every length and bend but lost my horizontal plane an the tube ends were mismatched . We made a sleeve and fought that thing like crazy then parked a tractor on it and welder up! Your family dynamics are awesome! It appears that Hunter is now part of the family. I believe that Ben and I must feel the same way. I work with my brother and we do custom contracting work in homes. He deals with the clients and five other guys and myself can't put our skills to work until he tells us what is in his head. That's where everything is kept. Lists do help productivity but we can't make one until he spills out what needs to be done. I work alone building and creating. One guy works in the cabinet shop and the other guys are paired off on other jobs. But we keep busy doing what we can see needs done. Then he shares the notes kept in his brain and we make a list. Thanks for sharing because I can relate Stay safe healthy and happy 👍
