In this video, I finally build a custom dashboard for Masutangu. Watch me slice and weld a mixture of classic Mustang and Honda parts until we have something crazy unique! The fastback conversion is really coming together.
"Masutangu" is my 1965 Ford Mustang Coupe that I body-swapped onto a turbocharged 1996 Honda Civic chassis. It's the world's first front wheel drive, Honda-powered classic Mustang. Watch the entire build on my channel!
Thank you for the support, I love you all!

He is very entertaining and makes me want to take on more of my own projects instead of hiring it out. Blown away by his art skills too. Can sketch out what he wants it to look like with perfection and I’m over here struggling to sketch out a stick man! The next generations Chip Foose!!!! Keep pushing yourself and being creative and you’re no doubt KZbin gold!

Hey Tom, I build signs and glue acrylics and polycarbonates constantly. I suggest you look into a structural adhesive. We use ASI MP 55420, and that glue will glue ANYTHING onto ANYTHING. They call it a “chemical weld”. It’s a bit pricey but for these sort of projects it absolutely changes the game.

This is one of the most fun builds on the internet. Throwing rare and expensive parts on a car to make it show spec or crazy fast is cool.. But hot rodding a Mustang body over a civic chassis is one of those things that make absolutely no sense logically or financially but is infinitely more interesting and entertaining than anything else. Love the fabrication style that is carefully thought out, while also somehow looking like no fucks were given.

I have an idea for your radio. The Retrosound radio has knobs that separate from the head unit. You can put the head unit in that spot you narrowed and the knobs in those spots to the right of your steering column. Just an idea. Great job on the dash! Can't wait to see the finished product.
