You are amazing! Hannah, I could listen to you all day. You absolutely inspire me. I remember when you first started out on Fabric Cafe. You were not an experienced quilter, but you had a presentation style that made us feel we wanted to get to know you. We followed you on your journey. And look at you now.. you are a quilting instructor. Please do more instructional videos. I love spending time with you.

Would love to see more 3 yard quilts using precuts. I have a good size stash of charm packs, jelly rolls and layer cakes. Recently I've been using all yardage but that bin of precuts is yelling to be used! I love using Fabric Cafe 3 yard quilt patterns and it would be perfect to incorporate the precuts into them. Loved this video.

Love the videos Hannah hosts! Love your quilt and your process. Made me giggle because I could relate to getting excited about a new ruler or iron....Hahaha!!

Thanks for showing my quilt, Hannah. I did like how you set off the worded blocks in your quilt using the same panel and wished I'd have thought of that, but I think your video came out AFTER I made my quilt. I recently picked up the latest FC book (Curve Appeal) at my LQS. I have all the FC books but one FQ book. I will never run out of FC quilts to make! Doris

Thank you Hannah! Enjoyed watching your video and how and why you chose and used your fabrics as you did. Such a beautiful quilt - you've done an amazing job! To the editors of the videos - you've done a great job - I just so wish that there was an option to watch videos without background music - it is a struggle for me to hear what Hannah is saying with the background music - so wish there was a toggle button to say watch video WITHOUT background music - anyway, just me and my ears ... lol Thank you for your video! Happy quilting!

Love the idea, however I found Hannah's explanation a bit confusing. Iam experienced Quilter, but I think alot of beginners or intermediate Quilters would have a hard time following Hannah's instructions. Hannah quilt turned our very nice. Thanks for sharing 🧵🪡

I couldn't read the name of the third quilting design as the Fabric Cafe logo covered it up. Was it Snow Wind? I must admit that I found it a bit confusing too as I'm not sure if the dark blue no.1 fabric was yardage and the rest was from a jelly roll. It doesn't matter to me though as I never buy precuts anyway. It is so good to see Hannah experimenting and showing all the different ways to use these patterns. The kit fabrics look gorgeous and Hannah's quilt highlights how different you can make the same pattern. Great video, Hannah 😊
@FabricCafeАй бұрын
Yes you're correct, it was "Snow Winds." Sorry the graphic was covered 😢 Sorry for the confusion, yes the dark blue fabric was the number one and was the only yardage used in the quilt (other than the backing) the rest was all jelly roll strips. Glad you enjoyed the video! 🥰
@marty2385Ай бұрын
I appreciate Hannah’s creativity. Good idea for adapting the 3 yards patterns. But for me, the joy of using jelly rolls is they are precut. Cutting the strips to be narrower would be too time consuming and leaves a lot of “wasted” fabric. I would rather cut the strips from yardage or from fat quarters.

Total confused about some of Hannah’s explanations, especially when talking about the fabric placement suggested for the first quilt kit. I have been quilting for over 20 years 😮
@FabricCafeАй бұрын
I'm sorry things got confusing, anything we can help with? The quilt image of the kit should display where the fabrics will fall with the kit.
