Mary added soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and lemon juice. All adding flavour. You really need to listen to the ingredients that were added before making comments.

I think eggplants need to be waited in salty water, to prevent leading the bitter flovar to the meal, ı tried today the lasagnia and it was delicious (apart from the eggplants) ❤️🤗

Modern varieties of aubergine/eggplant aren't as bitter as they were in previous decades so it's not neccessary to salt before cooking these days

@@Bille994 Niether is there need to soak the pasta, then layer the dish earlier in the day, then 45 min in the oven! Stewed. Causing over cooked, 'Slop!'
