How come some uploads block comments but others of yours (this one) allows them. More importantly, since I don't understand, Why does the "reply" button sometimes has a name shown and others do not. Might it be the 'notification' option in the user profile? That is why the reply wasn't the standard reply in: kzbin.info/www/bejne/goO5lpqkj71ni5I
