My theory is that neighbor is trying to awaken Andan through anger. It would make sense since no one would make Dad angry in this series without a reason. All the negative emotions that Dad has felt throughout the series were done by people who have a motive (i.e keeping him in the server). It would explain why he's trying to ruin the relationship between Dad and Mom. If this is the case than that would mean that 3 people are working to get Andan out.
