The sentence is very light . He is suppose to get 45 yrs because its just 15yrs by number actually he will serve five yesrs then afterthat he can be out on parole. Had he be given 45yrs he would do 15yrs then be subject to parole. Crimes against the state should be taken serious and then we wont find criminals in leadership positions.

There are two issues here,viz; 1 The Incompetence of the HR department which failed to verify his qualifications 2 The HR department's failure to check the counter-offer's validity.
