Thanks to all the participants; you all have the right attitudes, and you have the courage to speak out. I'm convinced that all the participants were sincere in pledging to outlaw corruption and inefficiency. Unfortunately, I listen to little on Television where it is possible for listeners to ask questions. I tend to listen mostly to the KZbin versions. The clearest pledge to outlaw corruption came from Vijitha Herath of the NPP, although Eran Wickremaratne was easier to listen to. I have the highest respect for Eran, but not necessarily for all in the SJB.

We need to leap frog with the industry we should not go back trying make “spoons” the reason is our people are highly clever strong in maths and science, we should stabilise the energy sector, transport, telecommunications, and invite science and innovation companies to set up their enterprises here… for that we must seperate the political interference from private sector … we should only provide the facilitation ..

These four representatives clearly shows rural reality. Look at Eran & Shana who are the products of Royal & Trinity and Karu & Vijitha from normal schools. SWRD should be responsible for this not allowing Sri Lankans to study in English medium.

That is not a good opinion. My point of view is all the Tamil parties only focus on tamil speaking people. And there were several times Sinhalese people had some tragedy moments but none of the Tamil politicians helped them. But the good thing is now in NPP is moving more towards the Tamil people. Hopefully they will achieve within an election. So no need to have Rasa's for NPP.

Why should we only talk about north -east solution, the unfairness is not just to north and east it’s to every district, we should scrap the 13th amendment and make a revision so that all districts have same managing devolution powers and governors are given budgets from central government and monitored by the central government. We should make a new 13thA and extend same powers to all new demarcations. 3 Military powers must be central government business, each district must pay taxes to the central government etc etc..
