Thanks for the video, but how to you calculate how much money you do per dollar? You said per each dollar spent you did twice as much. Do you manually calculate this value or you have some type of system, which does?

+Jordan Alexo (Pro Site Tutorials) very good question! I use Facebook conversion tracking ads, where you place the Facebook pixel on the thank you page to track the sign ups back to Facebook. So Facebook has the ad spend, the number of sign ups, and the cost per sign up right in the dashboard. But then I also use Google Analytics to track the performance also, and I also have my ClickFunnels + Infusionsoft systems tracking too. Several different tracking systems for different reports. But in short, Facebook can track the sign ups and cost per sign up for you.

+Tim Robson Thanks Tim! Video ads are cost per impression, sometimes I do cost per click campaigns and most of my ad campaigns are for conversions. But with all campaigns, you have to pay for more than just the clicks on the ads, you have to pay when actions are taken. The object is trying to create a campaign that encourages the action you are requesting vs getting a like or comment on the FB ad. Because likes and comments cost money too.

+J. Angel Reyes excellent question. I have had a few people ask me this recently, and perhaps I should make a training course that is more directly helping real estate brokers. Fact is, you need a good lead magnet to attract buyers and sellers, then advertise on Facebook using video to send the potential buyers to your landing pages. We have done this before, and perhaps doing a video series dedicated to real estate marketing would be helpful.

Matt now I have got a small problem. When I try to get a facebook conversion ad after I have created and preview the ad this is what happens on any feed preview that I watch: tinypic.com/r/23w1jkg/9 there are 3 images on the 1st image if any customer would click on shop now it would reach directly at my buy now page. On the 2nd or 3rd image if they click on shop now it directly lands to my home page. I dont know why this happens. I previewed desktop, mobile instagram everywhere. So I am really you know don know what to do.

This is an example of a poor advertisement. 1) You have misspelled words - 2) You have no call to action that makes me want to take action - 3) These images are not unique and they do not grab my attention - 4) You are not targeting a specific group of people with this ad, it is generic and weak. +Marcelo Rovere Sorry to hear that you are having issues, this sounds like a cache issue on your browser, as you visited the site a couple days ago while we were updating our SSL cert on the server. Since we use cache plugins, a CDN and Cloudflare, you probably have a version of the site cached on your local machine, and clearing your cache should fix that problem. I have confirmed this with our hosting provider, and thank you for letting me know! I really appreciate it.
