One of the nicest refinishes I've see yet. Who would have ever thought such a not-so-lovely piece of furniture could look so expensive, hold it's vintage look and have a color that will be timeless. This won't need a refinish 15-20 years from now. Amazing!

Wow, what an amazing finish. I would never have considered highlighting the piece in that way. When I saw the stripper taking the finish off I thought, "what a shame they didn't use the same wood all over, now he'll have to stain it to blend it together". Boy was I wrong. I didn't know it was possible to be in love with a piece of furniture but I am in love with this! I can't believe someone was just giving it away. Even if you had just stripped it and then given it a clear finish, it would have been good.
