I have been on her tour. The most fun about Mary is her sipping on her whiskey flask. She invited us back to her street level apt. There in her room was a full size casket as well as an altar. Great tour

I was living in Rochester, Minnesota in 1970 and knew about Mary Worth. We were told that if you lit a candle with the lights out and said her name 3 times while looking in the bathroom mirror, she would appear behind you.

@@YaGirlCJ same here in Ohio but when they came out with the candy man movie 12 and 3 my daughter was terrified by them and when she got smart and nasty with me I would hide out side of her room and put a bent coat hanger bent like a arm hook and her reaction was priceless she would scream bloody murder no pun intended and pee her pants every time she stopped smarting off to me really quickly I told her I would stop scaring her but she had to stop mouthing back to me she apologized for her acting out and I did as well w never did it again

@@YaGirlCJ she was a great kid never got arrested for anything and she didn’t skip school or anything like that but she hung out with her friends at our trailer park which was nicer than most and the fellow residents were of better upbringing than the other park residents who were 2 or 3 time mothers by their 18 birthday but I knew I had to deflate missy’s behavior quickly because I knew she would have gotten worse because the kids she hung out with were latch key kid’s the parents were always at work so they were not getting attention and were not supervised.She managed to turn 20 without being a mommy and then had Matt at 21

Mary Worth was so scary when I was a kid. We used to use the bathroom mirror in the dark with a candle lit. We each went in the bathroom by ourselves to say Mary Worth 10 times. I don't know what's supposed to happen after that because I could never get to 10 before running out of there. What makes kids want to scare themselves to death 🤣

At the chant's end, we saw long hair reflected in the mirror and we ran out of the closet all freaked out. As an adult, I figured it was probably my own long hair I saw, lol.

I've lived in Washington state for close to 40 years now, but grew up in Gurnee and Waukegan area. This brought back a TON of sleepover memories. We definitely chanted into the mirror with the candle to try to see Bloody Mary. Made it out with both my eyeballs though. Ha ha!!

I grew up in Waukegan just a few miles over from old st patricks cemetery, would drive over now and then ,with us it was less about bloody mary and more about the rumors of devil worshipers , never really seen anything but it was truly an erie feeling place , this was in the late 70s and was still pretty secluded then

I lived 20 minutes from there in Zion Illinois and there is a cemetery on Sheridan Rd that is old. But I never got to go there or in. Maybe that is something you can check on. I will be home in Zion in April. And the best time to see the best of that cemetery is on Halloween. You'll be in in for a real treat at night n yes she was hung in a tree at her farm and that tree 🌴 s no longer there. They tore it down when they built the new homes there
