@@coreyham3753 In 1967, international borderlines were drawn and accepted by Israel, the Palestinians, and the international community at the UN. Ever since, Apartheid Israel has been pushing for expansion. First, into Egypt, where they got their face punched in 1973. Secondly, into Lebanon, where they got punched in the face again, in 1982. And in the most recent decades, illegal settlements into the West Bank, the annexation of the Golan Heights, and now the ethnic cleansing in Gaza. The only solution is to force Apartheid Israel into respecting the 1967 international borders. And really, only the US can do it. But Congress and the Exexutive have been bought by the Apartheid Israeli lobby - AIPAC. So the solution needs to start with forcing AIPAC to register as a foreign agent. Is that clear enough?

Of course it was and is a Russian talking point, with absolutely zero validity. Ukraine is a sovereign country and can decide to join NATO if they choose to do that with zero right to interfere from Russia. Besides, Russia already has several NATO countries on their border already, so it is just a bogus Russian argument. The invasion was always about theft of land, resources, sea access, etc.

McMaster misquoted the author of Federalist 76. Hamilton, not Adams. And Adams didn’t write any of the Federalist Papers. And he starts to lose credibility when he joins in on the tactic of discrediting opposing views by suggesting his opponents are using Purim’s talking points. It’s perfectly patriotic to disagree with the policy of supporting Ukraine. If one does so, there will naturally be a certain amount of alignment in outcome with Putin’s interests. Trump has every right to appoint whomever he wants. Do you realize that only 8 appointments were ever withheld by congress until 1961. Let the man we elected make his choices. Last time Trump was in power Congress withheld over 100 of his appointments for 2 years. Under those circumstances I can understand and do support Trumps use of the recess rules. Recess appointments have been used over a 1000 times, with Reagan using them over 200 times and many other presidents in recent times as well, since we became a country. Its not new. Its constitutional. Its legal. It might well be needed.
