Rudy Giuliani disbarred in New York over false claims on 2020 election

Rudy Giuliani, former President Donald Trump's personal attorney, was disbarred in New York Tuesday for false statements he made about the integrity of the 2020 presidential election. CBS News Justice Department reporter Rob Legare has more.

Why didn't Rudy just show the NY Bar all of the evidence and proof they have that shows the election was fraudulent?
