@weewooweewoo9066 жыл бұрын
i work at a grocery store and the other day a trans woman who wasn't """passing""" came in and the cashier (an old guy who didn't mean any harm but still) rang her up and said 'have a good one sir' and she mumbled 'i'm not a sir...' but he walked away by then so i helped her get all her groceries into her bag, complimented her coat, and said 'have a good day ma'am' 💖 her eyes lit up and she said 'thank you!' it's hard for me to initiate conversations and stuff because i have some crippling social anxiety but i'm sure dysphoria from someone calling you a 'sir' when you're not one feels just as bad. i'm happy i fought through my anxiety to make someone feel better (her coat was really cute btw)

As a proud heterosexual male I first thought that. But as I meet people who are part of the LGBTQ community they are some of the nicest people I've met. The real ones as I say (ones who aren't pushing opinions or views on to others by force or violence) just want to go on about there lives and be happy. Like anyone other human. That being said I'm conformable sharing a pitcher of beer with anyone under the proper health considerations.

I'm really liking Dr. Spiegel for FFS. I'm definitely looking for more of a 'natural' look, like how I would've looked if it weren't for testosterone. I honestly don't think I'd be comfortable with the more dramatic look, anyway (plus, I've kinda learned to appreciate my "shambling ghoul" look). And the no-cost revision is a definite plus. Hopefully he doesn't retire before I can afford his services (like a certain other surgeon :P).

So I subscribed and started watching your vids a long time ago. I have a little cousin who is female to male, and while I know his journey is not going to be anywhere near the same as yours, I thought I could still learn from you. You’re one of the sweetest people ever, and I really have learned a lot from you, and I’m so glad that I found your channel, and that I’ve been able to see you get to where you are now. You look so much happier, and I’m so thankful that you share your experiences with us and educate/help people. I knew that transitioning is hard (I’m from a very small southern town in the US, and while most people are very kind and accepting, there is still one too many people with hate filled hearts), mentally and physically, but I had NO idea just how hard it is. My cousin unfortunately had a tough time with it when he was in school, and so he kept most things bottled up, and I didn’t want to force him to tell me what was wrong since he needed time to find himself and grow, and you have helped me to kinda understand how he might feel. I’m so thankful that you and my cousin have such strong familial support, because I know that helps a ton. I know this is long and I’m sorry for that, but I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart. You’re honestly such a strong woman, and you’ve overcome so many obstacles and set backs. You’re a great role model and I look up to you.

The bread has risen! Thank you so much for being such a positive role model. I have depression and because of watching people like you I finally took the leap to seek treatment for anxiety/depression! I can’t even compare myself now from two months ago! I wish I could show my appreciation better because I can’t thank YOU enough for discussing mental health issues like dysphoria, eating disorders, and anxiety/depression. I feel that I was a kindred spirit in the sense that the life I was living was not me. I would always feel stifled by my emotions (rather than by dysphoria) and that the person I am was trapped inside of me. I think that was why I was so attracted to your content. I hope this is coming across sincere rather than obnoxious. I know that being transgendered is much more involved and different than depression or anxiety, but the impact it’s had on my life is enormous. I was a shadow of a human, waiting for life to get better or for it all to end. I couldn’t even leave my house except for groceries and I cried almost every day. Now I’m getting involved in my community, finding a job, being a more effective wife/parent, and getting myself healthy (physically and emotionally). So again, THANK YOU BREAD MOM!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The bread has RISEN! I love you so much Stef, honestly. You’re such an inspiration for me. I’m a nonbinary female, so I’m planning out my transition plan and it’s so much being able to learn some from you even though you’re a girl and I want to appear masculine! XD So far I know I want to have my uterus and ovaries removed (I refuse to have kids anyway, since I have five chronic conditions I could pass on or there could be birth complications) and donate my uterus. I’ll go on both E and T (which I know can be dangerous, but I’m researching really good hormone specialists). And I want to have a minor verson or FMS to make me appear more androgynous. So far my last plan is to live my life in a binder because I generally hate Them but sometimes I want to appear hella femme. Anyway, that was a long-ass rant, but yeah! Keep being you, stay safe, and we love you!

I used to be a server and I would work with all sorts of different people and some of them would get almost uncomfortable serving people if they thought they were trans they wouldn’t put right refuse but they would act awkwardly around them or come back and ask the group “do you think table 13 is a girl or a guy?” I would always tell them “WHO CARES THEIR DRINK IS LOW GO GET THEM A REFILL. FUCK” or they would ask me about my tables “is seat 3 a girl or a guy” I’d say “idk they’re really nice though” 🙄🙄

I can’t believe it’s been a year already, I’ve been watching you since you first started estrogen and you’ve always looked beautiful honey❤️ but to see the women you’ve become is just amazing. Thank you for letting us into your life.

Hi Steph! (First time commenting, getting a little nervous here hehehe) The reason people might stare it's probably because you "simply" look different in general... Your hair, your gorgeous blues eyes and you diffenrent way to dress may catch some attention but I believe it's positive like : "oh wow, look at that beautiful young women!". Anyway, I wish you the best and I'm looking forward to keep following you during your journey!

I think you're on to something there - I know I'd stare an awkward amount just because Breadmom's beauty is magnetic!

Random KZbin Watcher I am so sorry but I know I would. She's just gorgeous... It would be hard to not be like, mesmerized by her. Good thing, you can stare on social media, nobody will know you're a creep... 🤐😂

I am so happy you went through with everything and you feel better and more yourself than ever before. I honestly don't know if I could do it all. You are very strong to talk about all of this. Love you Stef!

I remember a while ago I stumbled upon this beautiful person explaining her syndrome. Then I started following her I found that she was a trans woman. We are a year apart in our transition. Then I realized how she’s fighting the stigma around “cosmetic” surgeries. Something that I was ashamed of doing my whole life. Cause “only narcissistic people get surgeries”. Thank you stef. I chose the same doctor and my life is gonna change so much in June. This butterfly effect comes from an amazing butterfly that changed my life for the best 😊💕
