you need 3 items, bowtie, shades, and unstable stim / bowtie is by the shelf on the box by the river in crystal cave, shades are outside next to a tree, and unstable stim can be practically anywhere but can be in pool facilitys on a certain shelf in the bottom rightmost room, on a shelf by the doors between cafeteria and outside, on a shelf by courtyard window, or in test labo and probably has other locations. if you use shades or bowtie before equipping everything it will remove some of your hp over time, and unstable stim won't do anything on its own. hope this helps!
