💚I would be very happy if Kruleboyz really got their own separate Сodeх as well as a big update to their miniature line. What we really need: 10 models unit of orruk archers squad. 10 models unit of orruk with dual paired weapons. 5-10 models cavalry unit. Large warmachine, like a catapult. This would allow me to use my Greenskinz and Bonesplitterz (old fantasy models that are adapted to the Mortal Realms, and therefore will forever remain on round bases) as a proxy with propa roolez.

i think you got the dirty tricks rolls wrong, they all once per round so every new round you start over on 1st dirty trick for the round thus starting the rolls over

the only aspect of this one that puts me off is the seeming disolution of the Orruk Warclans. I just bought a few Ironjaws when the Ardboyz got their new models and were playing them with my Kruleboyz. It seems like that might not be possible anymore, which does mean I have more than a few models (and a big boar) that I might not be able to use anymore

You could, but it wouldn't do a whole lot. I very much doubt they'll have the crit (mortal) ability on their weapons, so making them crit on 5's would have very limited benefit

They had Crit (2 hits) before and they'll most likely keep that. Venom encrusted weapons gives you Crits on 5+ regardless of whether it's mortals, 2 hits or auto-wound

Well, they blew up my SCE army. Now they are blowing up my Ork army. If they remove the Big Wahhhh and force me to chose only Kruelboys or Ironjawz they have basically gutted my other army. Both my armies smashed in 4th ed. Not making me happy.

My issues is that the first dirty trick should always work. Then the roll should come after that and go no higher than a 4+. Strangle Hex just feels like the Killabow ability repurposed.

Yeah, it just feels bad planning around a certain first dirty trick just to than roll a 1 😅 But we'll have to see until we can play it, it does look way more fun than our current ones and if it's weak they should be able to tweak it easier ^^

Giving destruction factions these "target enemy unit wholly within" X range abilities sucks, frankly. It feels bad to be on the other side of the table and have your opponent move their unit to well within 18", then scoot the model in the back just a hair outside to prevent them from being in range even though the rest of the unit might even be in charge range. Goofy, bad rules writing choice IMHO.

If anyone’s exempt from the 2 Wizard Lord of Change critique it’s the Git that’s carrying around the arm of one as a trophy he won in a magic duel. 😁🪄 Dirty tricks looks so fun now! Even plays on Kruleboyz love of gambling & their “Kasinos”. Hope you get better soon now that you’re out of the swamp!
