you can always capture forts and do the three daily PVP faction quests. No need to wait for races. Even on low level. I do these quests every day since level 20 and I have yet to encounter some PVP. Most people are nice enough to let you do the quest when you stand there capturing the fort and you are not max level yet. Everyone eats :-)

It's great to hear you're able to do that! You definitely don't need to wait for the races and even during races you may not get a chance to do quests

They're great. I loved it a while back and joined a couple. But all of a sudden the Marauders, which I'm part of, didn't go to races anymore. And now I'm just solo a lot getting my ass kicke. :/ sucks.

Watchtower control increase the rate of influence earned from the PVP quests. I've won the right to declare war for my company by doing one round of PVP quests during a race while dozens of other folks were busy skirmishing over the towers. If you want to scrum, fight over the towers. If you want to take territory, do PVP quests during races.

You can join a faction, company, and do faction races even at a lower level. So join those!!

The xp seemed janky last night??? I wasn't getting any XP unless I specifically got the killing blow...albeit I am a support build and I'm a group, and we battles many and won, It did not render xp for every player we killed, though there were plenty of bags laying around. I did get 500 for the capture.

I have a little advice, maybe you don't know.. You should try and use the auto lock on to targets. Will make it way easier to hit your targets in the heat of the moment. If this is possible on PC ofcourse.. Thanks for the vid! Time to do some races soon.

I refuse to auto lock! I think it takes away from the spirit of PvP. Of course I understand it's like people who say using a mimic in Elden Ring is cheating or something like that, but it just feels like cheating lol

No. If you don't like PvP you should not do PvP.

If you have tried it and hate it, maybe. But even then, if you don't like PvP but want to earn PvP rewards (PvP track) this is the stuff I would recommend, not OPR or Arena.

Completely wrong you should try every part of the game a decide for yourself don't get online and tell people not to do something. You never know if this is the pvp you like rather than in other games. You are the master of your own destiny in new world go experience it for yourself

@@TheFearGrizzly mate, if you HATE new world PvP it means you have tried it already and should not force yourself to do races. But yes, I agree that if You did not try it, you at least should. On other hand EVERYONE will try it, eventyaly, because of the coconuts hunt :D

I think there is a big difference between Arena PvP, OPR PvP, open world PvP (just you out questing while flagged), CK PvP, and Faction Race PvP. My intention with this video is to encourage people to try Faction Races. Even if you tried Arena or OPR and hated it, maybe you'll like this kind of PvP. All of the different PvP modes in the game are different and just because you tried one and hated it, doesn't mean you'll hate this one.
