4:36 if im correct, the concentration of the drug(outside) is higher than that of the blood(inside) , so the drug diffuses into the blood .However, if the blood flow is slow, and the drug diffuses into the blood, the concentration of the blood will now be higher than that of the drug since the blood flow is slow meaning it cannot drive away the high concentration of the drug?

Keep it simple. Blood flow removes the drug. So When blood flow is slow, drug is not removed fast enough. So absorption is slow.
