good job, but in minute 18:40 there is an error, grape fruite inhibits p450 and reduces metabolism but in the video it is erroneously designated as an inducer of enzyme.

Quick question, the onset, peak effect and duration can be collectively referred to as the pharmacokinetics profile, isn't it? Or is there more to it when discussing the pharmacokinetics profile of insulin for example?? Thank you in advance if you reply

For the Vd measure, you have Vd = dose/serum concentration, but then you quoted the concentration in milligrams, and concentration needs to be in mg/L. So does it need to be something more like Vd = dose * bioavailability/(serum concentration * total blood volume)?

Ugh I can't absorb this I'm so distracted by him leaving out a syllable. And I'm perplexed that he manages to leave it out every time, even after breaking down the word into two parts and saying them both correctly. It's like the cool whip family guy skit. Say "pharmaco". Now say "kinetics". Now say "pharmaCOkinetics" "Pharma-kinetics!"
