It's perfectly fine , if there r inclusions inside . Every gemstone has a inclusion some have less , some has more . If the stone is natural , inclusions has to be there .

Your stone is original... inside original yellow sapphire you can see lines but inside a treated sapphire you can see bobbles and inside a glass you can see Total clear. Then check with Stone hardness tester.. better check with a govt. Gem testing lab.. which is almost available in all state...

Cracks r on the surface . Wotever is inside are called inclusions . Inclusions can be less medium or many .
