Quick tip to depress the new spring. Secure the straight portion of the spring in a vise. Push down on the bent end and at the same time and apply a thin zip tie. The key is to close the spring as tight as possible. Great video, it was a huge help! Thanks again!

That head looks great. can i ask how much you skimmed of the head? And what is the new compression ratio after skimming? Did you CC the combustion chambers? Were there any noteable differences in CC's between chambers?

The head as never been off, the bike has only just reached 8000 miles and runs like a dream :)

Hi, yes i still have the bike and the gear change is as good as i first fitted the Pro :)
